Hi, I'm Macarty Tigao.

Welcome to my professional portfolio! I am an Applied Communication student at Ensign College and a General Virtual Assistant with a passion for communication, digital content, and administrative support. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication at Ensign College while working as an English tutor for primarily Chinese students. Through this role, I have developed strong communication, teaching, patience, and interpersonal skills by helping students improve their English proficiency. I have also gained experience in lesson preparation, adapting instruction to different learning styles, and building positive relationships with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I enjoy learning new technologies that improve productivity and communication. I am especially interested in digital communication, content creation, virtual assistance, and business writing. I believe continuous learning and hard work create opportunities for personal and professional growth.

My goal is to build a successful remote career where I can combine communication, technology, and creativity to help organizations achieve their goals. I also hope to continue developing leadership skills while making a positive impact through clear, professional communication.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy learning new skills, exploring technology, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
